Sessions. The shape of the conversation.
-
What actually happens in a QHHT session?
Plan for about five hours together. We spend the first couple of hours in a relaxed conversation about your life, your questions, and what you're hoping to explore. Then I guide you into the Theta brainwave state, the threshold between waking and dreaming, and your Subconscious responds to the questions you brought. The hypnosis portion runs about two to three hours. We record the audio with your consent. You take the recording home.
-
How long is a session?
Plan for about five hours. The actual hypnosis portion usually runs two to three hours; the rest is the pre-session conversation and integration time on either side. It takes as long as it takes. Most clients say it feels much shorter than five hours. The Theta state alters time perception.
-
Will I remember what was said?
Some of it. The Theta state is dreamlike. You'll wake feeling like you took a long, restful nap. The recording captures the detail your conscious mind doesn't, and most clients listen back over the following weeks as the insights settle.
-
Is QHHT the same as past-life regression?
Past-life material may surface in a session, it often does, but QHHT is broader than that. The session is a conversation with your Higher Self (Dolores Cannon's term for the part of you that holds the deeper view). Past lives are one thing your Higher Self may show you; physical, emotional, or relational insight from this lifetime is just as common.
-
Can I bring a list of questions?
Yes, bring them. Your questions shape the entire session. There are no wrong ones. Before we meet, I'll send you a prep guide and we'll have a short call to help you focus your list to the questions that matter most to you right now.
-
Where are sessions held?
All sessions are held in person at my Stuart, Florida studio.
-
Do you offer remote sessions?
Not currently. All sessions are in person at my Stuart, FL studio. Sessions in other regions when I travel are a possibility down the road, but not on the schedule yet.
-
How much does a session cost?
$300 per session. A $50 deposit reserves your time, and the remaining $250 is paid on the day of your session. The session includes the pre-session conversation, the hypnosis session itself, and your audio recording to keep.
-
What's your cancellation policy?
Life happens. The $50 deposit is non-refundable but is transferable to a future date if you need to reschedule with at least 48 hours notice. If you cancel within 48 hours, the deposit is forfeit.
-
How do I prepare?
After you book, you'll get a short prep guide to look over. Get a good night's sleep the night before; eat a light meal beforehand; wear comfortable clothes. The most important preparation is the questions you bring. Let yourself live with them for a few days before our session.

Practice. The honest boundaries.
Scope, training, and credentials.
-
Are you a licensed therapist?
No, I am not a licensed therapist or medical professional. I am a QHHT Practitioner trained in the Dolores Cannon lineage. QHHT is a hypnosis modality for self-discovery and personal growth. It is not therapy or medical care, and it is not a substitute for either.
-
Is QHHT a medical or psychological treatment?
No. QHHT is a complementary practice that some people find supportive alongside conventional care. It does not diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or psychological condition. If you are receiving medical or psychological treatment, please continue working with your providers. QHHT works best as an addition, not a replacement.
-
Can QHHT replace therapy or medical care?
No, and I would never suggest that it should. QHHT is a complement to, not a substitute for, licensed medical, psychological, or therapeutic care. If you're working through trauma, please do so in partnership with a qualified clinician. I'm honored to be one piece of your support, never the only piece.
-
What's your training background?
I am a Level 2 QHHT practitioner trained in the Dolores Cannon lineage, currently working toward Level 3 certification. Dolores developed the technique over more than four decades. I continue to study and grow within the QHHT community.
-
Are sessions confidential?
Yes, completely. What you share in your session stays between us. The recording is for you alone; I do not share or excerpt session audio. See our Privacy Policy for the full data-handling notes.

Aftercare. The integration window.
What unfolds in the days that follow.
-
What happens after the session?
Most clients describe a quiet, contemplative week after a session. Old patterns sometimes loosen on their own; new clarity surfaces in unexpected places. Drink water, sleep when you're tired, and give yourself room to integrate. The recording will reveal more on each listen.
-
Do I get a recording?
Yes. With your consent, I record the audio of every session and provide you a private link to download it. The recording is yours to keep. Most clients return to it many times over the months and years that follow.
-
Can I book multiple sessions?
Yes, though most clients find a single session offers more than enough to live with for a long while. If a return session feels right, I usually suggest waiting at least 3 to 6 months so the first session has time to fully integrate.
-
How often should I do this?
There's no "should." Some clients book a single session and return to it for years. Others come back once a year, on the anniversary of their first session. Others come when a major life question is calling for attention. The work is yours; you'll know when (and if) it's time for more.

If your question isn't here, it's a fair one to ask. Most replies go out within 24 to 48 hours, Monday through Saturday.
