Privacy Policy

1. Who we are

Dodie Kendall QHHT ("we," "us," or "Dodie") is a sole practitioner Quantum Healing Hypnosis Technique practice based in Stuart, Florida. We operate this website at dodiekendall.com to share information about the practice and accept session bookings.

2. Information we collect

We collect only what we need to respond to you and to coordinate sessions:

• Contact-form submissions. Your name, email, optional phone number, your message, and your communication consents.
• Free guide sign-up. Your email address and your consent. We email you the guide with a link to confirm your address; we send occasional notes only after you confirm.
• Ad source details. If you arrive through an ad or a tracked link, the campaign details in that link (utm_source, utm_medium, utm_campaign, utm_content, utm_term and Facebook's fbclid) are kept in your browser for that visit and saved with any form you submit, so we know which ad or link brought you.
• Booking details. Your name, email, phone, and deposit information are collected by our calendar partner (GoHighLevel) on the booking page.
• Chat and voice assistant interactions. If you use the on-site assistant, we and our provider (LeadConnector / GoHighLevel) collect the messages you type and, if you use the voice option, the transcript of that conversation, along with any name, email, or phone number you share, so we can answer your questions and follow up.
• Analytics events. Anonymized page-view data through Cloudflare Web Analytics: no cookies, no cross-site tracking, no personal identifiers.
• Meta (Facebook) Pixel. Standard page-view tracking through Meta's advertising pixel, used for ad measurement and audience building if and when we run paid campaigns. Sends visit data to Facebook and sets third-party cookies on the facebook.com domain. Active on production only.
• Server logs. Standard request logs (IP, user agent, request path, timestamp) collected by our hosting provider for operational security.

3. What we do not do

• No session-replay, screen-recording, or heatmap tools.
• No ad pixels beyond a single Meta (Facebook) Pixel: no Google Ads, TikTok Pixel, LinkedIn Insight, or others.
• No reverse-sync of contact data from the CRM back to the website for on-page personalization.
• No sale or rental of your personal information.

4. How we use your information

• To respond to your inquiry and coordinate sessions.
• To send the pre-session prep guide and follow-up materials when you opt in.
• To send appointment confirmations, reminders, and aftercare communications.
• Optional marketing communications only with your explicit opt-in.

5. Third parties

• GoHighLevel: our customer-relationship and booking platform. Acts as data processor; we are the data controller. Their privacy policy applies.
• LeadConnector / GoHighLevel: powers the on-site chat and voice assistant. It processes your conversation content and sets cookies required to run the widget.
• Cloudflare Web Analytics: privacy-first analytics from our hosting provider. No cookies, no personal data.
• Meta (Facebook): advertising pixel for ad measurement and audience building. Sets third-party cookies on facebook.com. Their privacy policy and your Facebook ad-preferences page apply.
• Cloudflare: hosting and DNS. Standard hosting agreement.
• Cloudflare Turnstile: the security check on our forms that keeps out spam bots. It checks your browser without advertising cookies. Cloudflare's privacy policy applies.
• Resend: transactional email fallback when our primary CRM is unavailable.

We do not sell or rent your information.

6. Session recordings

QHHT sessions are recorded (audio only) with your explicit consent at the start of each session. Recordings are yours; we provide a private link for you to download. We do not share, excerpt, or use session recordings for any other purpose. Recordings are retained per Florida recordkeeping requirements unless you request earlier deletion.

7. Cookies

The chat and voice assistant (LeadConnector / GoHighLevel) sets cookies necessary to operate the widget, such as keeping your chat session. Apart from these and the analytics noted above, the site does not set first-party advertising cookies. Cloudflare may set a security cookie (__cf_bm) for bot mitigation. Cloudflare Web Analytics is cookie-free. The Meta (Facebook) Pixel sets third-party cookies on the facebook.com domain, typically _fbp (first-party conversion attribution) and _fbc (click-through attribution). You can manage or block these at the browser level or via your Facebook ad preferences.

8. Your rights

You may request a copy of your data, request deletion, or opt out of marketing communications at any time by contacting Dodie at dodiekendall@gmail.com. Every marketing email includes an unsubscribe link. California, Virginia, Colorado, and other state-law-protected residents have additional rights under their respective privacy laws.

9. Retention

• Contact records: retained in our CRM until you request deletion.
• Server logs: ~7 days (Cloudflare default).
• Analytics data: kept by Cloudflare under its standard Web Analytics retention.
• Session recordings: retained per Florida professional-services recordkeeping guidance unless earlier deletion is requested.

10. Security

All form submissions travel over HTTPS. Sensitive credentials are stored server-side only, never exposed to the browser. Forms are rate-limited at the edge.

11. Children

This site is not directed at children under 18. We do not knowingly collect information from minors.

12. Changes

When this policy materially changes, the "Last updated" date above will be revised and material changes will be summarized at the top.
