2. Booking and Payments
Appointments: All sessions are booked through our online calendar. Your appointment is not confirmed until any required deposit or full payment is received.
Payment Processing: Payments are processed securely via our third-party integrations (Stripe/PayPal).
3. Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy
Notice Required: We require at least 48 hours notice for cancellations or rescheduling.
Refunds: Deposits are generally non-refundable but may be applied to a future session if rescheduled within the required notice period. "No-shows" will forfeit the full session fee.
4. Communication & SMS
Opt-In: By providing your phone number and email during booking, you consent to receive appointment reminders, session instructions, and marketing communications.
Opt-Out: You may opt-out of SMS communications at any time by replying "STOP". You may unsubscribe from emails by clicking the "Unsubscribe" link at the bottom of any message.
Carrier Rates: Standard message and data rates may apply for SMS.

Session Recording: A digital recording of your session will be provided to you. This recording is for your personal use only.
